is turning 40 on
August 13th!
When offered a party
to mark this
milestone,
Fr. Dan
replied,
“Sure! But can we
use the occasion to
raise some funds for
window repairs in
the church?” |

The beautiful
stained-glass
windows in our
historic church have
not been serviced
since well before
Fr. Dan was even
born, and they are
in dire need of
attention—before
they fall into the
church! As our gift
to Fr. Dan we would
like to have them
professionally
restored, and the
discolored plexiglass on each
window’s exterior
replaced. |

With your help and under the
direction of Fr. Dan we have
accomplished many projects
at Nativity. The latest
endeavor is a daunting one:
we have estimates from
several companies and the
prices are looming around
$400,000.
Please join us in giving
back to Fr. Dan on his
birthday as we celebrate
with a fundraising party on
Saturday, October 23rd, in
Nativity's lower church
hall. Fr. Dan will kick off
the celebration with Mass at
5:00 p.m., and the party
immediately follows.
Your Entrance ticket for
evening will include food,
music, games, raffles and
silent auction. There will
be a cash bar serving beer,
wine and Mike’s Hard
Lemonade. No coolers are
allowed. Admission is
$25 in advance; $30 at the
door. Attendees must be 21
years or older.
